ABOUT ME

Since high school, I became so interested in photography, photo editing and graphic design. whenever I have free time, I challenge myself on doing these things as it really makes me happy and satisfied whenever i’m able to produce an amazing project.

It also came to a point where I am chosen as one of the representatives of our school to compete locally by using Adobe Photoshop. I won 2nd place and it really made me proud of myself as it’s the first competition I joined and I really enjoyed it.

Fast forward, I studied Civil Engineering in college and I graduated during the pandemic season so I wasn’t able to take the exam and so I decided to find a job...and I got one!

My first job was as an English tutor to kids and adults on different countries. It’s a remote job and i learned a lot and gained experience but it wasn’t enough for me, so i decided to try working in the BPO industry.

So year 2021, I was hired as a customer service representative. It really is a new environment for me but I was able to adapt easily thanks to my colleagues that made the job challenging, but fun as well.

But not long after, because of some personal reasons, I decided to find another company that fits my skills and that’s when I applied for a non-voice technical support representative as I’m kinda knowledgeable with computers. I got the job but I wasn’t able to continue because my body can’t handle the long working hours + pressure and it wasn’t healthy for me anymore as we discovered that I’m pregnant at the same time.

During my first pregnancy, I tried to get enough rest but it came to a point that I felt that I want to work again and fortunately, I got a work-from-home job. I’m also promoted as the first Quality Assurance Specialist since I’m very keen to details and provides quality work.

I am very thankful for the opportunity to work from home because of the comfort, and it allows me to have more time with my family. That’s also why I am very interested on being a Virtual Assistant as I know in myself that I will be of great help to my clients because I’m very much eager to learn and hone my skills while contributing to the success of others.
